Overall, the community is very nice and well-maintained. The area feels safe, neighbors are friendly, and the amenities are convenient. However, there are a couple of issues that could be improved. Some residents walk their dogs in the parking area instead of using designated pet spaces. Also, security could be better — storage units have been broken into multiple times, and it would be great if management could address this with stronger security measures. Other than that, my experience here has been good.

We love living here at the Townsend. We moved here about 4 months ago now and eveything has been great. Well kept amenities, great staff, organized mail, lots of access to businesses, an amazing location, and lots of parking! Couldn't be happier.

We had a smooth touring and leasing experience. The leasing staff helped us see multiple floor plans and answered all of our questions. They also promptly followed up and were in close communication as we contemplated The Townsend compared to other properties.

I don't move in for another month, however, since I began this process, Chelsea and Ashley have been nothing short of amazing. I am relocating from Maryland to California and have had to do everything via text, email, and video. Based on my experience with Chelsea and Ashley, I was 100% confident in signing a lease, site unseen. I will always be grateful for how accommodating the two of them have been.

We have been enjoying our time our Townsend. It’s worth every penny. Nice apartment complex, in close proximity to many areas of San Diego. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home.
